Most tech still follows a straight line: made, used, thrown away. A circular economy replaces that line with a loop, keeping products and the materials inside them in use for as long as possible. That means fewer new resources are needed and less ends up as waste.

The journey of a refurbished product

- Second life It ships to its next owner, backed by our warranty, and stays in use instead of becoming waste.
How we reduce wastage
- We give products a second life Our refurbished range keeps working gear in play, so it's used again rather than thrown away.
- We sell box-damaged and open-box stock When a product is fine but its packaging isn't, we sell it at a lower price as New - Box Damaged or New - Open Box, rather than letting a cosmetic issue decide its future.
- We use plain, protective packaging Products are safely packed in a plain box, because the packaging's job is to get your gear to you in one piece.
- We're upfront about condition Every listing shows its condition, so you can choose the right item the first time and avoid a needless return trip.
What Certified Refurbished means
Certified Refurbished products are refurbished directly by the original manufacturer or their appointed repairers.
That means the work is done by the company that made the product, or by a repairer it has appointed, rather than an unrelated third party. All products come with a 12-month warranty unless stated otherwise.
